There is an outdoor paved patio area 20 ft x 10ft with built-in fire pit and gas grill.  Bags game for outdoor fun. There is also an open deck off the master bedroom with views of Lake Kai - a serene spot perfect for having a morning coffee, sun loungers and seating area with side table. There is a wagon available for trips to the pool or beach.  Beach chairs, beach toys and a roller cooler available for your convenience. The only house in Beachwalk with an outdoor private putting green!!!
