Walkout basement with large games/rec room featuring ping pong table, Foosball, 55in TV with Netflix and DVD player, lots of board games to entertain the kids. There is an outdoor paved patio area 20 ft x 10ft with built-in fire pit and gas grill.  Bags game for outdoor fun. There is also an open deck off the master bedroom with views of Lake Kai - a serene spot perfect for having a morning coffee, sun loungers and seating area with side table. There is a wagon available for trips to the pool or beach.  Beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach toys,  towels and a roller cooler available for your convenience. The only house in Beachwalk with an outdoor private putting green or bocce ball !!!
