New in 2022! Pool deck has been expanded and a splashpad has been added to the pool deck area. We have added a new sand volleyball and sport court for the basketball court.

The always popular Beach Hut restaurant has moved to the new clubhouse, other amenities of the clubhouse include outdoor pool and ping pong.
​
An Activity center with shuffleboard, bocce ball and a second fishing pier was added in 2021. The kayaks and paddle boards are also located at the activity center. In 2022 we have also added pedal boats to this area!

Pool – conveniently located on Beachwalk Lane next to the Beach Hut cafe, volleyball courts and Lake Kai

Sandcastle Playground in Cason Park, features tire swing, climbing structures and slides.

Fishing Pier – Fully stocked with fish every May, enjoyable for all the family.

Basketball Court – Adjacent to the pool and Lake Kai.

Tennis Court – right by the overflow parking lot.

Beachwalk Central Park – used for anything including wiffle ball, volleyball, bags.

Putting Green – three green course for putting.

Beach Volleyball – beach court on the sands of Lake Kai.

Music in the Park - every Saturday from Memorial Day to the end of September in Central Park. 5-8 p.m.
